Description:
Reads the high frequency mode status of each channel.

Address of the responding module (00 to FF)

A two-digit hexadecimal value, where bit 0
corresponds to channel 0, bit 1 corresponds to
channel 1, etc. When the bit is 1 it means that the
high frequency mode is enabled for the channel and
0 means that the high frequency mode is disabled
for the channel.
There will be no response if the command syntax is incorrect,
there is a communication error, or there is no module with the
specified address.
