The following applications are compatible with ID-52A/

Android device
RS-MS1A:
You can use the extended D-STAR
functions to exchange pictures or
messages or display the received
D-PRS station data on a map
application
RS-MS3A:
You can use the DV Gateway function
ST-4001A:
You can make an image to be used
for the Share Picture function, and
transfer it to the transceiver
iOS device
RS-MS1I:
You can use the extended D-STAR
functions to exchange pictures or
messages or display the received
D-PRS station data on a map
application
ST-4001I:
You can make an image to be used
for the Share Picture function, and
transfer it to the transceiver

Required items
Android device
You can use the RS-MS1A/RS-MS3A/ST-4001A with
devices that have Android 50 or later installed

The applications have been tested with the Android 5xx,
6xx, 7xx, 8xx, 90, and 100 (As of November 2021)
iOS device
You can use the RS-MS1I/ST-4001I with devices that
have iOS version 12 or later, iPadOS version 13 or
later installed

The ST-4001I has been tested with iOS 12 and 13, and
iPadOS 13 (As of November 2021)

When using a USB cable

Android 50 or later with the USB host function

TIP:
The USB host function is needed to use a USB
device with an Android device To check whether or
not your Android device has the USB host system,
ask the Android device’s manufacturer
When using the Bluetooth function
•
Android device or iOS device
Android 50 or later with the Bluetooth function
or
iOS version 12 or later, iPadOS version 13 or later
with the Bluetooth function

When using the RS-MS3A, you cannot connect an
Android device to the transceiver through Bluetooth
NOTE:
Some functions may not work correctly,
• depending on other applications installed in the Android
device
• depending on the memory capacity
