The iCO® water mist nozzles are highly reliable and can be activated by a double knock trigger (heat and smoke) as
an option to reduce the risk of false activation.

Any iCO® Water Mist System with this feature enabled will not activate in case of accidental or malicious damage to
the nozzles or pipework; greatly reducing the potential for water damage to the property. This optional feature can
be retrofitted to an existing system at any time by contacting your certified iCO

®

 installer.

In the event of a fault or power failure to the smoke detection system, the iCO

®

pump will default to the standard

single trigger activation (i.e. the system will activate when the heat bulb breaks regardless of smoke being detected
or not).

To utilise this feature, all areas protected by the system would need to have a suitable smoke detector installed that
is connected to the iCO

®

pump or a fire alarm panel. Please speak to your certified iCO

®

 installer for more information.
