Appendix A. Troubleshooting
If your TURBOWAYS 155 PCI UTP ATM Adapter is not functioning properly:
1. Run one of the diagnostics utilities outlined in this Appendix.
2. Attempt to resolve problem using the Troubleshooting steps “Troubleshooting” on
page A-2.
3. Contact your service representative.
Diagnostics
To run the TURBOWAYS 155 PCI UTP ATM Adapter diagnostics utility:
1. Start AIX, and log in as root.
2. To run the diagnostic utility, at the AIX command prompt, type the following and
press Enter.
diag -d atmð
3. From the DIAGNOSTIC MODE SELECTION screen, select System Verification
and press Enter.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
