Important: The TS7620 Appliance Express hardware components have more
support requirements and restrictions. If you experience problems with the

When you call, have the following information available for the component:

The machine type and serial number, or the software identifier. The software
identifier can be either the product name (TS7620 Appliance Express) or the
Product Identification (PID) number.

The serial number or your proof of purchase.

A description of the problem.

The exact wording of any error messages.

The hardware and software configuration information
If possible, have access to your computer when you call.
