Motherboard tray

Remove the motherboard tray from the chassis by completing the following
substeps:
a. Press the locking tabs on the sides of the motherboard tray, and then
gently pull it out about an inch.
b.
Grasp the handles on the sides of the motherboard tray, slide it out of the
chassis, and set it on a stable, antistatic surface.
10. Remove the slide rails from the sides of the motherboard tray.
11. Set the six screws and rails in a safe place; you need them for the replacement
motherboard tray.
Removing a PCI card
You must use this procedure to remove a PCI card from the system.
Procedure
1. Loosen the thumbscrew on the primary PCI retaining bracket, located in the
middle and at the top of the motherboard tray, and then lift the retaining
bracket up and off the chassis frame.
