Customize Console Date/Time (Support Element)
1 Customizing the Support Element date/time
From the Support Element Workplace panel.
1. Open Console Actions from the Views
area
2. Open Customize Date/Time from the
Console Actions Work Area
The Customize Time and Date panel
displays.
3. Use the instructions on the panel or Press
F1 for help to enter the data for all the
fields on this panel, then select
Customize .
The Customize Time and Date message
displays stating that the operation was
successful.
4. Select OK from the message panel
The Customize Time and Date panel
displays.
5. Select close from the window pull down
