Open the upper front door. (See page 103 in Removing the used print cartridge if you
need instructions.)

Remove the print cartridge. (See Page 104 in Removing the used print cartridge if you
need instructions.)
CAUTION: The inside rear of the MFP may be hot.

Locate the jam inside the MFP.

Gently pull the jam straight out and then up.

Reinstall the print cartridge.

Close the upper front door.
