Manual FTP
address Lets you enter an FTP
address using an
alphanumeric keyboard
screen. Highlight
Manual FTP address
and press
✓
. An alphanumeric keyboard screen
appears. Use the navigation arrow buttons
and the
✓
button to enter characters into
the FTP address: field.
The ftp:// is already in the field. Pressing the
Backspace button does not delete it;
however, entering a # replaces the ftp:// with
a Shortcut # string.
Only one FTP may be entered at a time. If a
comma is entered to separate entries, the
message
Only 1 FTP address possible
per job
appears.
Highlight
Done
and press
✓
to save the
changes. The E-mail Destination screen
returns.
View To: list Lets you see how many
entries are entered into the
To: list. The entries receive
the e-mail once you send it.
This is also called the E-mail
Destination List. Back Highlight
To: list
and press
✓
to return to
the alphanumeric keyboard screen.
Nothing is changed in the To: list.
Save List Highlight
Save List
and press
✓
to save
all the entries in the To: list as a shortcut.
The shortcut is saved and a new screen
appears to show you the shortcut number
and name for the list which are
automatically generated. Highlight Continue
and press
✓
to return to the E-mail
Destination screen.
Highlight
Cancel
and press
✓
to cancel the
shortcut and return to the E-mail Destination
screen.
Delete Highlight
Delete
and press
✓
to delete any
entries selected in the To: list. The entries
are removed from the list.
Send Now Starts the process of sending
your e-mail to the person(s)
listed in the To: list. Highlight
Send Now
and press
✓
to send
the e-mail.
