To save the current Fax To list
as a shortcut. The shortcut
number and name are
assigned automatically
Use the navigation arrow buttons to scroll to
Save and press
✓
. This opens a screen
showing the assigned shortcut number and
name. Select Continue or Cancel as needed,
and press
✓
.
Options
Highlight Options and press
✓
to move to the next screen showing the next set of menu items
for the Fax menu. These are listed as follows.
Width
Specifies the width of the
original document.

Note: Scan media must be loaded short edge

Resolution
To define print quality in dots
per inch (dpi).
Standard*
200 x 100 dpi; for use with most documents.
Fine
200 x 200 dpi; for use with small print.
Super Fine
300 x 300 dpi; for use with documents with
fine detail.
Ultra Fine
400 x 400 dpi; for use with documents with
drawings or photographs.
Use the left and right arrow buttons to make a selection.
Darkness
To lighten or darken text and
images on the fax printed
pages.

Use the left and right arrow buttons to make a
selection.
Content
To control how the scanner
processes the content of the
original document.
