for
up
to
16-way
operation.
In
the
illustration,
the
SMP
Expansion
Modules
are
numbered
0
through
3,
from
primary
to
secondary
server.
The
SMP
Expansion
Ports
are
numbered
1
through
3,
left
to
right.
1.
Remove
the
protective
covers
from
the
connectors
on
the
ends
of
the
cables.
2.
Label
each
end
of
the
2.5
m
(8.2
ft)
SMP
Expansion
cables
according
to
where
they
will
connect
to
each
server.

in

is
for
reference
purposes

These
numbers
