Note:
If

error
message
window
opens,
make
the
necessary
adjustments
to
the
fields
listed
in
the
error
window.
Then,
scroll
to
the
bottom
of
the
page
and
click
Save
to
save
your
corrected
information.
You
must
configure
at
least
one
community
to
enable
this
SNMP
agent.

Name

enter
a
name
or
authentication
string
to
specify
the
community.

host
name

IP
addresses
of
each
community

Enabled

the
DNS
field.
The
DNS
field
specifies
whether
you
use
a
DNS
server
on
your
network

translate
host
names
into
IP
addresses.

If
you
enabled
DNS,
in
the
DNS
server
IP
address
fields,
you
can
specify
the
IP
addresses
of
up
to
three
DNS
servers
on
your
network.
Each
IP
address
should
contain
integers
from
0
through
255,
separated
by
periods.
13.
Scroll
to
the
bottom
of
the
page
and
click
Save
.
14.
In
the
navigation
pane,
click
MM
Control
→
Restart
MM
to
activate
the
changes.

specify
the
IP
address
or
host
name
of
the
Simple
Transfer
Protocol
(SMTP)
server.
Note:
If
you
plan
to
set
up
an
SMTP
server
for
alert
notifications,
be
sure
that
the
name
in
the
Name
field
in
the
MM
Information
section
of
the
MM
Control
→
General
Settings
window
is
valid
as
part
of
an
address
(for
example,
there
are
no
spaces).
