Issue 1.4
Depending on the measuring range, an error signal is generated (= logical 1) when one
of the following errors occur:
±20 mA:
- over / under measuring range
0…20 mA:
- over / under measuring range
- reverse polarity
4…20 mA:
- over / under measuring range
- reverse polarity
- cable break, open circuit
Note
When the measuring range 4…20 mA is selected and a channel is not connected, then
0 mA is measured for this channel and an error is indicated (the corresponding LED turns
to red). In order to avoid this error signal, the channel may be deactivated. The error
signal will then also be deactivated.

Here, you find information about the hardware version, firmware version, FPGA version
and the serial number.
Write firmware
Using this button you can install a firmware update. Select the update file
„padud8aiu_v[xx.yy.zzz].iba“ or „padud8aii_v[xx.yy.zzz].iba“ in the browser and
start the update with <OK>.
Important note
The update may take several minutes and must not be interrupted.
Reset to factory defaults
Using this button all settings are reset to factory defaults after having confirmed the
following request with <Yes>.
