After setting the following characters in the E-mail body, there is a VMD alarm occurrence at the time
19:13:24.
E-mail body settings: %p% alarm occurred at %t%.
Sent E-mail body: “A “VMD” alarm occurred at 19:13:24.”
When the body of the email is empty, the language that the email is sent in is determined by “Menu
language” of “Basic”. If “Japanese” is specified, email is sent in Japanese. If another language is
specified, email is sent in English.
Example of e-mail notification
An e-mail format in which the camera title check box is specified in the e-mail subject and the cause of alarm/
occurrence time are specified in the e-mail body

3.10.2.2 Configure SFTP
Here, configure the SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol) function.
You can securely transmit images to a server using an SSH (Secure Shell) encrypted data stream.
The following two transmission functions are available.

Transmitting images when an alarm occurs

Transmitting images periodically
SFTP alarm setting

Select “On” or “Off” to determine whether or not to transmit an image to the SFTP server when an alarm is
detected.

Enter the name of the directory where the image file will be saved.
For example, to specify the ALARM directory under the root directory of the SFTP server, enter “/ALARM”.
