Trouble Possible
causes
Troubleshooting
The crane decreases in
efficiency, the oil temperature
increases, it is necessary to
increase the speed of the engine
to obtain the required speed.
Pump wear
Check the pressure on the pump
delivery. If it’s necessary to
replace it, go to an authorized
assistance center
The crane fails to lift the required
load with all movements.
1) General overpressure valve
worn, no more seal or dirty
2) Oil leakage at some part of the
circuit
1-2) Go to an authorized
assistance center
The crane moves slowly.
1) Crushed or dented suction
hose
2) Air suction
1) Replace the suction hose
2) Check the tightness of the
fittings on suction hose
The crane does not complete its
movements.
Low oil level.
Restore the oil level in the tank
Operating the control levers
produces no movement of the
crane.
1) No motive power
2) Emergency stop button on
3) Safety solenoid valve damaged
1) Check there is motive power
2) Disengage the emergency
push-button after checking

Crane lifts, but does not hold the

The slewing movement is not
regular.
1) Vehicle beyond the max
permitted heel.
2) Slewing flow regulator valve
and/or anti-shock valve on
distributor element incorrectly
set or dirty.
3) Worn slewing cylinder seals.
1) Return the vehicle to within
permitted tolerance
2) Set or clean the valves
3) Replace the seals
Rotation blocked in one direction
Slewing limiting device triggered
Go to an authorized assistance
center.
