speed that will permit it to be brought to a stop in a safe
manner.
Set Up the Load Weight Sensor
Understanding the A/D (Analog to Digital) Value
The weight stored as
0
on the load meter accounts for the
weight of moving mast channels, carriage, and forks.
The A/D value displayed on load meter set screens indi-
cates in hexadicimal (HEX) format the weight currently
stored as a zero value of load weight sensor. Each HEX bit
is equivalent to about 7 kg (2.2 lb).
To calculate weight stored for zero value, convert A/D
value from HEX to decimal format, then multiply by 7. For
example, if A/D reading is 70 in HEX:
70 => 112 * 7 kg = 784 kg (1725 lb)
Store a Value for Zero on the Load Meter

Enter Service Mode.

Set mast to vertical position perpendicular to floor.

Lift forks 30 to 40 cm (12 to 15 in.) from floor.
