TROUBLESHOOTING
1.
I cannot see any Devices on the Sync App
Your Devices are not connected to the router network.
•
Ensure that the Devices are activated (if you see them at the CMS, they are
activated) and then connect all the Devices to the router network.
•
The distance between the router and the Wall is more than 3m. Reduce the distance
between the router and the Wall.
•
Try to use an alternative router channel (if the previous step did not help).
2.
Wall content is not synchronized
•
Synchronization could take some time. Please wait for 10-15 minutes.
•
Check if all the Devices can be seen in the Sync App/SDK application. If not, ensure
that the Devices are connected to the default router network.
•
Check the correctness of playlists: 1. Media order 2. Media files duration.
•
Check if an additional NTP server runs on your laptop. If so, press the
“
Ctrl+Alt+Del
”
key combination.
3.
Wall content parts do not match each other
•
Check if all the Devices have appropriate calibration. If not, calibrate the Devices
according to section 5.4.1.
•
Ensure that the Devices are properly attached to the wall.
