XPR300

How to install the torch into the torch receptacle

Apply a thin film of silicone lubricant (027055) to each of the 4 O-rings inside of the torch body.



not

apply silicone to the brass electrical connectors.



The O-rings should look shiny. Too much lubricant can prevent gas flow.
Remove excess lubricant if found.

Put the torch body into the torch receptacle and hand-tighten:

Rotate the torch body with slight upward force until you feel it engage into position in the
receptacle.

Hand tighten the torch-coupler nut until the coupler nut no longer rotates.



Hand tighten only. Do not use tools.

Make sure that the torch body is fully inserted into the torch receptacle. There should be no
space between the torch body and torch receptacle.
