Check that the audio source has been activated for the audio output to
which the cable is connected. If not, activate it.
Check that the audio settings on the device connected via the optical
cable are set to PCM.
Check that the correct audio input is active (AUX, optical, Bluetooth,
HDMI ARC, USB).
Music cannot be
streamed via
Bluetooth
Check that the Bluetooth wireless mode is active.
Check that Bluetooth communication is active in the audio source.
Make sure that the audio stream is directed to Bluetooth devices in the
audio source.
Make sure that the sound source is not more than about 10 metres
away from the soundbar.
Check that no other device is paired with the soundbar.
The sound from the
soundbar is of poor
quality.
Check the sound quality of the source.
Check that the connectors or connecting cables are not damaged.
Check that the source of interference is not a nearby household
appliance (freezer, microwave oven, etc.) or a transmitter/receiver
(network router, walkie-talkie, etc.).
It can also be caused by interference from the mains power supply -
connect the soundbar power supply via a filter or fit a noise filter on the
cable (not supplied).
If the problem persists, contact the manufacturer's service department.
STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT
Keep the unit clean and switched off in a dry place away from heat and moisture
sources. It is best to place the device in its original packaging, out of reach of children
and pets.
TRANSPORT OF THE DEVICE
Do not expose the unit to excessive vibration, shock or impact during transportation.
During operation, carry the device gently. Do not expose the device to high
temperatures or moisture.
11. WARRANTY AND SERVICE
The product is covered by a 3 year warranty from the date of sale of the product.
In case of a defect, the product should be returned to the shop where it was purchased,
remembering to provide the proof of purchase. The product should be complete and
preferably placed in its original packaging.
