To order warranty replacement parts or repairs, it is important that you read this section
which includes:

Any questions you have regarding the warranty program should be directed to your
distributor.
The manufacturer shall always endeavor to be fair in our evaluation of your warranty claim
and shall provide you with a complete analysis of our findings.
The manufacturer’s warranty covers only defective materials and/or workmanship for the
periods listed. Diagnostic reimbursement is specifically excluded.
