» If the lower edge of the chain pins is in line with or below the chain sliding
piece:

Change the chain sliding piece.

Check that the chain sliding piece is firmly seated.
» If the chain sliding piece is loose:

Tighten the screw on the chain sliding piece.

» If the frame exhibits cracks or deformation due to a mechanical impact:
