GENERAL PROCEDURES

Workshop Manual  Ed. 09-2012

Throttle body removal

-   Remove the filter box as described in the relevant paragraph.

-  Disconnect the injector connector (1), the throttle position sensor connector 

(2) and the idle speed adjustment actuator connector (3).

-  Disconnect the throttle cable (4).

-  Loosen the clamp (5).

-  Remove the throttle body (6) with the fuel supply pipe.

NOTE:  The electromechanical parts have a set position. If replaced, they 

must be reassembled in exactly the same position.
