REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS

Calibrating the Two
Adjustable Wheels
1� Loosen the hex screw on the back
slightly while using a wrench on
the front as a counter force�
2� Calibrate the wheel by turning the
wrench so that the eccentric screw
moves the wheel up or down�
The guide should run smoothly
without any play on the blade
guard�
3� Tighten the hex screw on the
back while using the wrench as a
counter force�
Checking that the Blade
Guard Guide is parallel
with the Blade
1� Mount the Blade Guard Guide on
the guide and measure between
each of the end wheels and the
blade� The measurement between
the outside of the wheel guide and
the blade shall be approximately
92 ± 2 mm�
2� If the difference is larger than
2 mm, take away the guide and
adjust the frame with an iron bar
to get the guide parallel to the
blade�
