Description of LEDs on Main Board Rev H
M Lit when voltage (24V AC) is sent to water valve: Water on.
RUN Flashing two times a second (2 Hz) when boot up is complete and
communication is established with Remote Control. Stops flashing if
communication is lost.
COM
Flashing every time communication is detected between Mainboard and
Controller Board or Remote Control.
MA2 Over current arm feed. It’s normal for this LED to be flashing or being dimly lit
during wall saw operation. If lit the arm feed is disabled. Probable cause is short
circuit between at least two arm feed motor phases.
MA1
Lit when the processor for arm control has established contact with main
processor.
ML2 Over current track feed. It’s normal for this LED to be flashing or being dimly
lit during wall saw operation. If lit the track feed is disabled. Probable cause is
short circuit between at least two track feed motor phases.
ML1
Lit when the processor for track control has established contact with main
processor.
