10.3 REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS
Dismantle the Motor
First see: Remove Motor (p. 105)
1� Lift off the O-ring�
2� The screws have thread lock� A
knock to the screw head weakens
the thread locking�
3� Remove the 4 screws�
4� 4� Lift off the motor bracket�
5� Loosen the cable seal� Grip it with
an opened wrench and unscrew
the nut�
6� Remove the 9 screws holding the
bearing shield� Lift the motor
cover while the cables are pressed
in order not to expose them to
major tensile forces�
7� Lift off the two wave washers�
