GENERAL ENGINE PROCEDURES

Workshop Manual  Ed. 11-2011

Right engine crankcase cover installation

-  Apply a layer of sealant (Three-Bond 1209) on the sealing surface of the 

rubber sheath (2).

-  Clean the sealing surfaces.

-  Fit the new gasket (3) and the engine crankcase cover (2).

-  Tighten the screws (1).

Tightening sequence of the right engine crankcase cover

-  The tightening sequence for the right engine crankcase cover goes from (1) 

to (14).

  The indicated tightening sequence must be followed.
