Check that leaf spring

in the brake caliper and sliding plate

caliper support are seated properly.

✓ The arrow on the leaf spring points in the rotation direction of the brake disc.

Insert the new brake linings,  insert pin

and mount cotter pins  (D.

Always change the brake linings in pairs. 

Make sure that decoupling plate  @  is mounted on the piston side of the 

brake lining. 

- Operate the foot brake lever repeatedly until the brake linings are in contact with

the brake disc and there is a pressure point.

- Add brake fluid to level  f).

If there is no free travel on the foot brake lever,  pressure builds up on the rear brake circuit. The rear brake can fail due to

overheating. Adjust the free travel on foot brake lever according to specifications.
