Handling
When moving the unit take care to ensure that proper lifting
precautions are taken. Disconnect all transducers and
connecting cables, and carry these separately to prevent
them creating a trip hazard.
The unit is fitted with fold-down feet at the front to enable it to be tilted for easy viewing
and use when located on a flat surface.
Always position the monitor such that it cannot be knocked
or pushed onto the ground. Arrange transducers and cables
so as not to present a trip hazard.
If the unit is moved regularly, it is recommended that it is
mounted on the purpose-designed trolley, which is available
as an accessory.
If the unit is seldom moved, it is recommended that it is
mounted on the purpose-designed wall bracket, which is
also available as an accessory.

Trolley
A purpose-designed trolley is available to allow the FM800E to be moved around with
maximum safety. Follow the instructions provided with the trolley regarding assembly and
proper mounting of the FM800E.
If the FM800E is being used on a trolley, make sure the
trolley brakes are applied at all times, except when the
trolley is being moved.
Take care to ensure that trailing transducer cables and
other connecting leads do not present trip hazards that
could lead to the equipment falling and causing damage or
injury. Always park unused transducers correctly.
Do not attempt to move the trolley, or use the FM800E,
without ensuring that the unit is securely fitted.
Before moving, ensure that all transducers and cables are
secured.
