Opening a contact in the phonebook
1. After you have saved the telephone num
-
ber, hold down the key (phonebook
symbol) to access the phone book.
2. With the key, you can scroll through
the phonebook and search for contacts.
3. The contacts are ordered alphabetically.
To proceed faster in the telephone book,
you can jump to the relevant letter using
the selector keys. If you are looking for
an entry with “T”, for example, press key
8 to arrive at the letter T.
4. The contact is opened by pressing the
key.
Delete contacts in the phonebook
To delete individual contacts, proceed as
follows:
1. Press the “Menu” key and select the
entry “Phonebook” with .
2. With the key, you can scroll through
the phonebook and search for contacts.
3. Now press “Select”.
4. Search with the entry “Delete” and
press “Select” to end the procedure.
Editing contacts in the phonebook
1. Press the “Menu” key and select the
entry “Phonebook” with .
2. With the key, you can scroll through
the phonebook and search for the rele-
vant entry.
3. Now press “Select”.
4. Search with the entry “Edit” and press
“Select”.
5. Enter the name and confirm with “Save”.
6. Enter the number and confirm with
“Save”.
7. Now select the preferred ringtone for this
telephone number and press “Select” to
complete the procedure.
Delete all contacts in the phonebook
To delet all contacts, proceed as follows:
1. Press the “Menu” key and select the
entry “Phonebook” with .
2. Now press “Select” again.
3. Search with
the entry “Delete All” and
press “Select”.
4. The telephone asks for confirmation.
Press “Select” to end the procedure.
Phonebook status
This shows how much memory you have oc-
cupied and the maximum available amount:
1. Press the “Menu” key and select the
entry “Phonebook” with .
2. Now press “Select” again.
3. Search with the entry “PB Status” and
press “Select”.
4. You will see information about the tele
-
phone memory on the display.
Caller ID Handset (HS)
Missing calls are indicated on the display
with the symbol.
Viewing callers in caller list
To access the list of missed calls, proceed
as follows:
1. Press the “Menu” key and with select
the entry “CID Book” or press the
upward to directly enter the caller list.
2. With the key, you can now scroll
through the caller list.
For each call, the number or name (if alrea-
dy saved in the phonebook) is displayed.
The date and time of the call are also dis-
played.
