commissioned

Follow these steps to confirm the terminal is commissioned:

1. At the System Control Center, click on the System Info

indicator. The System Information page appears. See
Figure 18.

2. Observe the value in the

Site ID

field.

If the numerical site ID appears, the unit is commissioned.
Proceed to the next troubleshooting step.
If

Not Commissioned

appears, the terminal is not

commissioned. Contact customer support.
