Installing the system

3. Connect all cables to the back of your transmit

modem and receive modem. Connect the
power supply DC cord to your receive modem
as well. See Figures 8, 9, and 10. Do not
connect the USB cable to your computer at this
time.

4. Ensure that the ac power cord is tightly

connected to the power supply.

5. Plug the power supply ac power cord into a

110-volt wall outlet, power strip, or surge
protector. The lights on the front of your
receive modem blink between READY and
receive (RX).

6. Make sure the computer modem is connected

to an analog telephone line.
