Self-tuning function of digital display temperature control meter
After pressing the

key for 8 seconds, the AT light flashes, and the meter starts
auto-tuning. After the auto-tuning is finished, the AT light goes out to obtain a set of
PID parameters with a faster temperature rise. The meter controls according to the
new PID parameters.

parameters that can overcome the over-temperature is obtained. The meter controls
according to the new PID parameters.
The new PID parameters can be checked on the instrument.
During the auto-tuning process, press the or
▼
key for 8 seconds and then the AT
light will go out, the auto-tuning will be terminated, and the meter will control
according to the original PID parameters.
Remarks: The other state settings of the temperature control meter are all debugged
before leaving the factory, and the operator does not need to make settings.
V. Failure analysis and elimination
When the instrument fails, analyze and deal with it according to the following
process
1. Turn on the heating switch, and the heating speed is slow or not heating up-the
heating tube burns out, the solid state relay fails or the switch fails.
2. Temperature control meter display and function out of control-check whether the
sensor connection is good, or the temperature control meter is faulty.
3. The system does not control the temperature-the solid state relay is burned out
(replace); the temperature control meter is faulty; the sensor is faulty (replace)
4. The flow meter is out of control — check whether the gas path is leaking; the
pressure of the gas source is unstable; the flow meter is faulty.
VI. Attention
1. Keep the instrument clean to prevent the sample from splashing on the
instrument.
2. The instrument should be well grounded before use to ensure the safety of
operators.
3. After the instrument malfunctions, contact our company in time, and don't
disassemble it at will.
4. The warranty period of this instrument is one year, with annual maintenance
(maintenance fee charged).
