2.Initial inspection
Before checking trouble shooting, must check the outside of power source, check the
fuse,IGBT module, diode module and PCB parts whether damaged.
1
、
Turn off main switch, shut off power source.
2
、
Check the 4 fuse back of machine whether fused.
3
、
Connect main switch, measure any two phase of the three phase inlet interface
voltage, any two phase voltage shall as same as power supply voltage. If found problem
here, turn off main switch, check inlet power cable circuit.
4
、
Take out the top cover and two side covers.
5
、
Check the inside power source,ex. PCB whether have color changes as burned,or whether
parts have been explored. If found these parts or module have obviously
phenomenon, shall replace all broken parts before do any test.
3.Air filter maintenance
Recommend users regular replace air filter cartridge, the steps as follows:
1
、
Cut off all power supply and disconnect the air tube to air filter.
2
、
Strike the filter cup.
3
、
Take out filter shell. There is O-ring over top shell, apply a thin layer of silicone
lubricant to the O-ring to extend its service life.Do not put too much lubricant.
4
、
Strike cartridge by screwdriver. Then install new one.note:do not rotate the cartridge
during loosen screw.
5
、
Re-install the shell of air filter and filter cup.
4.Precaution maintenance
Wearing parts life become short is the plasma system problem, the short life of spare
will increase the cost.

、
Cutting machine
⑴
Dismantle the side and top cover once a month, use dry compressed air to flow away dust
⑵
Check the cutting machine cable regularly to check if have damage or loss. If the cable
color fade, it may because of overheat, please replace
⑶
Check the contactor regularly, check the connection is corrosive or not, if the surface is
black and hard, please replace
2
、
Ground connection
⑴
Make sure all the parts of the system connect ground safety.
⑵
Make sure the workpiece ground connect well, especially the workpiece cable and CNC
table connect well, it must be clean and connect well
