Maintenance Item List
The following describes the maintenance items that need to be inspected.
Maintenance items provide necessary help for maintenance. For details, see

Item
Description
Server
Check the external appearance and key hardware running
status of the device manager of servers.
System alarm
Verify that the alarm service running status is normal.
Backup device
Verify that backup devices can be detected and accessed.
Network connection
Verify that the communications network connection and the
connection between the mirroring network cable and the
network adapter are normal.
Operating system
Verify that no error message is generated when the operating
system starts.
Antivirus Verify
that
antivirus software is installed on the recording
server and the IMP server. You are not advised to use the
Trend antivirus software.
System log
Use the event viewer to check whether error messages are
generated in system logs and application system logs.
Database
Verify that the database starts normally and can normally
read and write data, and check the data volume in the
database.
Hard disk space
Check the volume of the hard disk space.
Recording information
Check recording information such as the version number of
recording programs.
Service running status
Check logs of each service to verify that services start and
