3 Manual Maintenance

Step 5

 

Stop the processes that do not affect the HWLog IMP services or the normal operation of the 
Windows operating system. 

 

Click 

Resource Monitor

 on the 

Performance

 tab page. The CPU and memory usage details are 

displayed.

3.2.19 Disk Space Usage

 

Check disk space usage and ensure that the disk space is sufficient for system running. 

Reference Standard

 

The disk space usage is less than 85%. 

Checking the Disk Space Usage

 

Check the server that runs the Windows operating system. 

Step 1

 

Log in to the server as the 

Administrator

 user.

 

Step 2

 

Choose 

Start > Run

Step 3

 

Enter 

compmgmt.msc

 and click 

OK

Step 4

 

The 

Computer

 

Management

 window is

 

displayed. 

Step 5

 

Click 

Disk Management

 on the left pane to check the disk space usage. If the disk space 

usage is more than 85%, clear the unnecessary files from the disk in a timely manner.

Verify that the dongle runs properly. 

Choose 

Start

 >

 

Control panel

 and click the WibuKey icon. 

The dongle is detected, as shown in
