To meet the preceding dust concentration requirements, take the following measures:

Use dustproof materials during ground, wall, and ceiling construction.

Install screens on doors and windows facing outside. Outer windows should be dust-
proof.

Clean the equipment room regularly and clean the air filter monthly.
l
Put on shoe covers and ESD clothes before entering the equipment room.

The equipment room should not be located near an area where the corrosive gas
concentration is high, such as a chemical plant.
l
Ensure the air intake vent of the room is upwind of the pollution source.
l
Batteries should be separated and ideally set up in different rooms.
l
An authoritative organization should monitor corrosive gas conditions regularly.
A.3.7 ESD Prevention Requirements
The absolute value of electrostatic voltage must be less than 1000 V.
To ensure this, take the following measures:
l
Train operators on ESD prevention.
l
Maintain proper humidity in the equipment room to reduce the impact of static
electricity.
l
Lay out ESD flooring in equipment rooms.
l
Put on antistatic shoes and clothing before entering an equipment room.
l
Use ESD tools, such as wrist straps, tweezers, and pliers.
l
Ground all conductive materials in the room, including computer terminals. Use
antistatic worktables.
