All the self-made ground cables are copper-based with proper
wire diameters. There is no switch or fuse on the cable and no
area of disconnection.

Ground cables, AC input power cables, and cables in the
cabinet are connected correctly according to the power system
wiring diagram. Screws are tightened. Output and input cables
are not short-circuited.

Extra power and ground cable are stripped off, not coiled.

The lugs at both ends of each power cable or ground cable are
properly crimped.

Bare wires and lug handles at the wiring terminals are wrapped
tightly with insulation tape or heat shrink tubing.

The flat washer and spring washer are mounted securely to all
the wiring terminals.

All cable connectors are securely linked, especially those at the
bottom of the cabinet.

The cables are properly bound. Cable ties are tied at equal
intervals and in the same direction

The power cable and ground cable are routed separately from
other cables.

The cable layout facilitates future maintenance and expansion.

The labels at each end of each cable are legible.

Excess cable tie is trimmed off without leaving rough edges.
2.3.11 Powering On the USG9560 - DC Power Distribution
Check whether the USG9560 is operating properly with the DC power supply. Power on the
USG9560 according to the following requirements to ensure device security.
