Calendar Management
Setting the Alarm Clock

New Alarm
. Then you can set an
alarm. You can select an alarm from the alarm list,
and then modify the alarm with the scroll key, or
select corresponding options to activate, deactivate,
or delete the alarm. When the alarm time is reached,
your phone starts sounding the alarm tone and dis-
plays a prompt. You can suspend or turn off the
alarm. Your phone can still start sounding the alarm
and prompt whether the phone needs to be switched
on even if your phone is switched off.
Viewing Calendar

> Desired item.

View
to view the reminder on the selected
date.

Options
to create a reminder, set the dis-
play mode, jump to a date, synchronize data, view
undue reminders, and search the calendar.
Setting Calendar
Organizer

My Reminders
> Desired item.

Switch between categories with the scroll key.

Select
Options
to create, delete, send, and open a
reminder in the calendar, view and create a cate-
gory, select more reminders, synchronize data, set
the display mode, search the calendar, and view
the storing date.
In standby business mode, the desktop displays the
set reminders. You can view the reminder with the
scroll key.
Recording a Note

> Desired item. Then you can
create, edit, send, and delete a note.
File Management
My Files
> Desired item. Then you can download
and manage pictures, music, videos, files, ring tones,
or other files. Select
Options
to send, delete, set the
applications, select the multiple items, search, cate-
gorize, manage, and view stored information, and
operate on related information.
