2.7 Viewing Conference History
The conference history stores the local site's call records.
Context
The conference history contains up to 64 latest call records, including the received calls,
missed calls, and dialed numbers of the local site. By default, the conference history entries
are sorted by start time in ascending order.
Procedure
Step 1
Click
Records
. Click
Conference History
tab.
Step 2
Select a conference entry and view its details in the right pane of the page.
To search for a conference entry, enter keywords in the
search field.

2.8 Logs
Logs record, in real time, all important events that occur during the operations of the
telepresence system. These records assist the administrator in maintaining the telepresence
system and locating system faults.
Viewing Logs
To view logs, click
Logs
on the menu bar, and specify any of the following criteria:

: Select or enter a specific time. The format matches the date and time format set
under
System Settings

To view the 10 most recent log entries, click
in the lower left corner.
To view log details, select the desired log entry. Its details are displayed in the right pane.
