2 Using the Telepresence System Manager

Prerequisites
A 4E1 interface card has been installed in the codec.
Procedure
Step 1
On the Telepresence System Manager, click
System Settings
on the menu bar. Click the
tab.
Step 2
Set the 4E1 parameters.
Step 3
Click
Save
to save your settings.

2.2.7 Setting Conference Parameters
Context
Using the Telepresence System Manager, you can set the conference initiation parameters.
Procedure
Step 1
On the Telepresence System Manager, click
System Settings
and then the
Conference
tab.
Step 2
Set the conference parameters.

2.2.8 Setting Network Address Book Parameters
Context
To download site records from the network address book, set the parameters used for
communication between the telepresence host and network address book server.
Procedure
Step 1
On the Telepresence System Manager, click
System Settings
on the menu bar. Click the
Network Address Book
tab.
Step 2
Set the parameters for the network address book server, eSpace server, and LDAP server.
Step 3
Click
Save
to save your settings.
