Create a VLAN and add an uplink port to the VLAN.

Because the VoIP, IPTV, and Internet services are provided through the same port,
you must set the 802.1p priority of each service.

Generally, the priorities are in a descending order for the VoIP service, IPTV

the 802.1p priority of the Internet service to 1.
