Common mistakes:
1. The password is entered incorrectly. Please touch the
icon to the right side of the
password field to show the password as you enter it. This way you can make sure you enter it
correctly.
2. There is a mistake in the server name or the port number. Please refer to your email service
provider's information.
Commonly used ports are: 80, 443, and others.
3. The security type is incorrect. Please try selecting
SSL/TLS (Accept all certificates)

4. If you try everything listed above and cannot resolve the problem, please contact your
email service provider and ask for assistance.
8.12 How do I set up an Exchange email account?
During the setup process, you may need to contact your email service provider for assistance
or login information.

other basic account information.
