Securing a differential pressure sensor
Step 2
Connect the pressure inlet tube.
Cold aisle containment: Connect a pressure inlet tube to the
+
mark and route it to the
aisle through the hole on the top of the cabinet. Ensure that the pressure inlet faces
downwards. Connect another pressure inlet tube to the
–
mark and route it to the cabinet
top through the hole atop.
Hot aisle containment: Connect a pressure inlet tube to the
+
mark and route it to the
cabinet top through the hole atop. Connect another pressure inlet tube to the
–
mark and
route it to the aisle through the hole on the top of the cabinet. Ensure that the pressure
inlet faces downwards.
Step 3
Connect the cable terminal of thedifferential pressure sensor to the DPT terminal.

3.13 Checking After Installation
1.
Check the drainpipes are securely installed, clear, free of leakage, and not over bent.
2.
Check that the chilled water connector joints have been tightly wrapped with thermal
insulation foam, and no metal or hose is exposed.
3.
Check that the liquid level detector is horizontal, that the water pan is free of foreign
matter, such as residual cables and thermal insulation foam, and that the cables are
secured bound and not in the water pan.
4.
Check that the distance between two chilled water pipes outside the cabinet is sufficient
(recommended distance: longer than 25 mm), the hose is tightly wrapped with insulation
foam, and that junctions are secured using glue.
5.
Check that the pipe lines have completed pressure preservation and air tightness test.
6.
Check that the needle valve plugs and the nuts are tightened.
