The other end is a reserved G 1/2 inch connector with inner screw threads. Connect the other end to a 
hose or rigid pipe based on site requirements. 

 

Step 2

 

Clean the engineering pipes before connecting the water inlet pipe to the engineer pipe to 
avoid impurities entering into the humidifier. 

Step 3

 

Connect the water inlet pipe to the engineer pipe and wrap the pipe with thermal insulation 
foam.

3.8.4 Connecting the Chilled Water Inlet and Outlet Pipes 

Context 

 

A Y-shaped strainer has been installed on the chilled water inlet. 

 

Connect the water inlet and outlet pipes from the inside to the outside and from the 
bottom to the top. 

 

Water inlet and outlet pipes are connected using thread connectors. 

 

Chilled water inlet and outlet pipes can be connected in two ways. Select one based on 
site requirements. 

3.8.4.1 Connecting Seamless Steel Pipes 

Procedure 

Step 1

 

Open the rear door and remove the air filter. 

Step 2

 

Knock off the knock-out holes for the chilled water inlet and outlet pipes.
