Procedure
Step 1
Turn off the indoor unit circuit breaker and circuit breaker in the power distribution cabinet.
If the outdoor unit does not take the electricity from indoor unit, turn off the circuit breaker
for the outdoor unit.
Step 2
Reclaim all the refrigerant from the system using a refrigerant retrieval device to ensure that
there is no pressure inside the system.
Step 3
Remove the top cover, the front panel, and the left front panel.
Step 4
Cut off the cable ties for the dryer using diagonal pliers, weld from the welding point using a
welding tool, and remove the dryer.
To avoid burning the internal components, other pipes, thermal insulation foam, power cables,
and labels, take protective measures, such as spreading wet cloth, around the welding
position.
Step 5
Weld the new dryer to the pipe. Secure the new dryer using cable ties.
Step 6
Perform a leakage test with nitrogen again. After checking that the smart cooling product does
not leak, vacuumize the smart cooling product and charge refrigerant.
Step 7
Reinstall the front panel, left front panel, and top cover.
Step 8
After power-on again, tap

and set the
compressor rotational speed to 3000 rpm.
Step 9
Choose
Run

Device Run State
, and read the suction pressure, discharge pressure, and EEV
suction superheat degree. Check that the values are within the normal ranges and that there
are no device abnormality alarms.
Step 10
Tap

Maintain
>
Diagnostic Mode
>
Enter
and set the compressor rotational speed
to 0 rpm.
Step 11
Exit the diagnostic mode.

5.4.2.6 Replacing an Inductor
Prerequisites
An inductor needs to be replaced.
A spare inductor of the same model is available and functional.
