Procedure
Step 1
Turn off the indoor unit circuit breaker and circuit breaker in the power distribution cabinet.
If the outdoor unit does not take the electricity from indoor unit, turn off the circuit breaker
for the outdoor unit.
Step 2
Reclaim all the refrigerant from the system using a refrigerant retrieval device to ensure that
there is no pressure inside the system.
Step 3
Remove the top cover and left front panel.
Step 4
Remove the safety valve using a torque wrench.
Step 5
Apply 557 glue to the threads of the new safety valve.
Step 6
Tighten the safety valve to a torque of 60 N·m using a torque wrench.
Step 7
Perform a leakage test with nitrogen again. After checking that the smart cooling product does
not leak, vacuumize the smart cooling product and charge refrigerant.
Step 8
Reinstall the front panel, left front panel, and top cover.
Step 9
Power on the smart cooling product and tap

Set the compressor rotational speed to 3000 rpm.
Step 10
Choose

Device Run State
, and read the suction pressure, discharge pressure, and EEV
suction superheat degree. Check that the values are within the normal ranges and that there
are no device abnormality alarms.

Diagnostic Mode

Enter
and set the compressor rotational speed
to 0 rpm.
Step 12
Exit the diagnostic mode.

5.4.2.5 Replacing a Dryer
Prerequisites
A dryer needs to be replaced.
A spare dryer of the same model is available and functional.
Context
Tools: welding tool, refrigerant retrieval device (required based on local conditions), nitrogen
injection and pressure preservation tool, vacuumization tool, refrigerant injection tool, Phillips
screwdriver, and protective gloves.
