Quidway® S8500 100M Ethernet Interface Board
Overview
Quidway® S8500 core route switch developed by Huawei can provide 20-port and 48-port
100 M Ethernet interface boards externally, including FT48 and FP20. Where, FT48 board
provides forty-eight 100 M Ethernet electrical interfaces externally and FP20 provides
twenty 100 M Ethernet optical interface. The optical interface uses the SFP module and
supports hot swap. By replacing the module, it can support different transmission distance.
All boards meet the IEEE 802.3u standard and provide full line-speed 100 M processing
capability for all ports to meet the actual requirement of 100 M networking.
