Step 2
If the number of incorrect iBATs is greater than 3, clear the iBOX network and reconnect the
network. During the networking, wait until the previous iBAT is connected to the network
(the green indicator changes from blinking at short intervals to blinking at long intervals), and
then connect the next iBAT.
----End
Parallel Networking
Step 1
Choose
System Settings > Parallel Net Join Config
. Check whether the sequence of iBAT
numbers is the same as SNs of installed iBATs.
Step 2
Rectify the fault by following instructions of troubleshooting in the serial networking scenario,
or update the iBAT SN document, and reconnect the iBATs.
----End
8.3.5 iBAT Quantity Inconsistent with the Configured Value
Procedure
Step 1
Check whether the iBAT is not connected. If yes, reconnect the iBAT.
Step 2
If the iBAT has been connected, clear the iBAT network. Check the iBAT network, remove
the iBAT that does not belong to the network and reconnect the iBAT.
Step 3
Measure the battery voltage. If the battery voltage is less than 9.6 V, press and hold the
networking switch for 10 seconds to check whether the iBAT is in the hibernation state.
Step 4
If the battery voltage is greater than or equal to 9.6 V and the iBAT networking switch cannot
be woken up for 10 seconds, replace the iBAT with one of the same specifications.
----End
8.3.6 iBAT not Connected for a Long Time During Parallel
Networking
Procedure
Step 1
Check the status of the iBAT. If the indicator is steady red, press the networking switch for 2
seconds to enable iBAT networking.
Step 2
If the iBAT indicator blinks green at long intervals, the iBAT has been added to another
iBOX that is not in the parallel network. Shut down the iBOX in another serial network, clear
the iBAT network, and reconnect the iBAT. In addition, check whether other iBOXs and
iBATs are in the correct network. Clear the incorrect network, and reconnect the network.
Step 3
If the iBAT indicator blinks green at short intervals, check whether the SN of the iBAT that is
imported to the iBOX is the same as the SN of the iBAT. If inconsistent, correct the iBAT SN
and reconnect the network.
Step 4
Troubleshoot other ZigBee devices such as the nearby WiFi, 3G, 4G, bluetooth, and other
ZigBee devices, to remove other signal interference.
