Do not press the battery cover when you are playing music in speaker mode. If you press the 
battery cover, the air pressure inside your phone will change, affecting the sound effect of 
your phone's speaker. 

If the problem persists, contact Huawei technical support or take your phone to an authorized 
Huawei service center. 

4.98 What can I do if the volume is small when I listen to 
music with a headset? 

1.

 

Press the volume up button to increase the volume. 

2.

 

Check whether the earpieces of your headset are blocked by foreign bodies. Clean the 
earpieces periodically.

Play a loud ringtone to check whether the small volume problem is caused by bad audio 
sources. If so, replace the music file and try again. 

4.

 

If you use a high-fidelity headset, the sounds of the played music may be abnormal 
because of the output voltage limit of your phone.

Your phone uses your headset as its FM antenna, to receive FM radio channels.
