If your phone vibrates when a call comes in or the alarm goes off, go to Settings > Sound and
disable Vibrate on touch or go to Settings > All > Smart assistance and turn off Smart
screenshot .
If music or video is played in speaker mode, go to Settings > All > Smart assistance and turn
off Smart screenshot .
19.43.14 Why is there a light blue screenshot track when I perform
operations on the screen?
You may have accidentally triggered the smart screenshot function. Go to Settings > All >
Smart assistance and turn off Smart screenshot or avoid touching the screen too hard.
19.43.15 Why can't I consecutively take multiple smart
screenshots?
After you take a smart screenshot, the screenshot needs to be processed in the background,
which takes about 2 seconds. After the screenshot image automatically disappears, you can
take another smart screenshot.
19.44 Speech awareness
19.44.1 What is speech awareness?
If you can't find your phone or you are inconvenient to pick up the phone when your phone is
nearby, you can use the wakeup keywords to wake your phone up or make phone calls.
19.44.2 Do all Huawei phones support the speech awareness
function?
No. The speech awareness function requires certain hardware supports.
Your phone supports this function.
19.44.3 How do I use the speech awareness function?
By default, the speech awareness function is disabled. You can enable it under Settings >
Smart assistance > Speech awareness . Then, make simple settings and voice practices and
you can use the speech awareness function.
Currently, your phone supports the following speech awareness functions:

Finding your phone: You can say "Okay, Emy, where are you?"

Making phone calls: You can say "Okay, Emy, call Lucy."
If you say "Okay, Emy", only the screen will turn on but your phone will not play any voice notifications.
If you say "Okay, Emy, where are you?" or ""Okay, Emy, call XXX.", your phone will play a voice
notification and perform what you want it to do.
